Marc Joseph “MJA” Arrieta is a professional network builder / direct selling professional, an entrepreneur, a motivational speaker and an author with almost 2 decades of experience in team building, client’s acquisition and retention. He did various speaking engagements in Asia, Europe, Oceania, and Africa using different platforms that focus on: Inspiration and Motivation, Improving Performance and Productivity and Professional and Business Development. He also provides talks to private companies and organizations, government agencies, students and faculties on the value of culture building to promote the morale of the people in business.
In 2023 MJA become a member of Philippine Association of Professional Speakers (PAPS), It is the only association in the Philippines that is recognized by the Global Speakers Federation (GSF), Certified Professional Speakers (CPS) and Public Speaking Fellow (PSF) in Public Speaking Institute a certifying body for CPS & PSF under the mother company of Luna Group of Companies.
With MJA humble beginning as a rank-and-file employee from a stock clerk to a dish washer to a factory worker to a janitor to a call center agent until he reached where he is today. His personal experience gives him an authority to speak about life success. In 2012 MJA received a recognition of Winalite International in Malaysia as an Elite Awardee. He became an Executive Mentor in 2014 of Freedom Faithnet Global (FFG) in Indonesia, an international community that broke 5 Guinness World Records. MJA also became a Founder’s Circle member of Freedom Daohe International (FDI) in 2016, an international community. MJA managed to generate and lead 33,000+ registered distributor in JM International globally.
MJA climbed his way up. The not so easy journey paved the way to where he is today. He is as well the Founder and Learning Director of PNBI (Professional Network Builder Institute) for certifying body for Certified Professional Network Builder (CPNB) program. MJA is also the Co-Founder and BOD Chair of PNBIAC (Professional Network Builder Advocacy Cooperative), He is the CEO of WINaLIFE Pharma and Medical Supplies Trading, and Co-Founder & CEO of GenWealth System. He also authored a book which was launched last September 8, 2023 with the title “Why You Should Not Become A Network Marketer” Recognizing Scams, Shady Tactics, and Unethical Practices in MLM Business. He is also a member and became a resource speaker of Growth Circle International (GCI) founded by Reymond Delos Reyes on “10 Foundations to Build A Solid Team.”
Coming from a broken family since he was 7 years old, this pushes him to become matured early. He was exposed to leadership as early as he realized that he needs to be accountable to himself and responsible to his brother and his mother. He speaks more of his experience that add value to every word that is coming from his mouth. He believes that words with the correct definition will bring you to the right direction, but words with emotions when spoken has the power to create a magical moment to his audience to make them move.
